What are your delivery times?
The total lead time takes between 14 to 21 working days after order confirmation and payments.

Can I upload videos if I can’t attain the minimal pictures needed?
Of course! Mosa Arts’ software will convert those videos into picture and include them in your personalized mosaic.

My videos and photos are larger than 5GB where can I send them to you?
You can send them via Google Drive or any others online cloud storage to mosa.arts.studio@gmail.com.

Is express shipping available?
